The Commercial Outlets of the Underwater Observatory Marine Park provide a wide array of jewelry items, souvenirs, snacks and meals.

The two jewelry shops in the park offer a wide range of medium to higher priced gold and silver items set with Eilat stone, pearls, coral, lapis lazuli, hematite and other semi-precious stones. At the pearl bar, the visitor can buy a closed oyster from the water display and the pearl subsequently found in it can be set to the customer's choice.

Souvenirs, including locally made gift items, theme T-shirts, beach and leisure wear, sea-shell items, Eilat and Israel guide books in various languages, videos of Israel and marine life and selected glass ware, are available in the Souvenir Shop and Boutique, while the Photo shop offers a photograph developing service, film and a limited variety of medium to low priced cameras.

The Cafeteria and the Tower Bar offer a wide variety of Chef cooked lunches, salads and sandwiches, pizza, blintzes, gateux and ice creams.
