The Electronic Guide is a personal hand-held guide, resembling a mobile telephone unit, which provides a recorded detailed description of all the site's exhibits - the creatures and their habits, the service and facilities available, all delivered in six laguages: English, Hebrew, Russian, French, German and Spanish.

The specific information required is accessed by punching the appropriate number on the unit's dial pad and the information access numbers are found on all the site signs, by each exhibit, shop or facility and on the site map.
